It is a company within 6 consolidated companies of Haj Aboud Al-Khalidi & Sons Investment Group, which was established in 1968 and is engaged in the industrial field, contracting, public services, investment, agricultural, and livestock production, sister companies of Haj Aboud Al-Khalidy & Sons group are:

Our company seeks to transfer techniques and modern methods for local agriculture in a safe manner and in line with the trends of the modern era in preserving the environment and water rationing.

Sidrat Al-Janoub Company is a pioneer in the field of producing high quality ornamental potted plants that compete with imported products. Sidra distribute its products for nurseries in Basra, Baghdad and Erbil governorates.
Sidrat Al Janoub Company also imports ornamental plants from various origins to meet the needs of local demand. Currently, it is the only Local company importing and distributing plants of Chinese origin through the Umm Qasr port , according to licenses and permits from official authorities.
Sidra Al Janoub Company also produce, import and distribute various types of agricultural soils (peat moss and compost) and perlite that is used in modern agricultural applications. Sidra operate its own perlite furnace that cover the country demand and operate its own manure processing plant.
